IMPORTANT - Form platform changes

SACAT is changing its online form platform from the 1st July 2019.

The new forms will provide the same functionality as today, but will have a different look and feel. Moving to a new platform will help SACAT manage and improve the forms and the interaction it has with you, its users. Further updates will be provided as the change progresses.

Making an application

All applications to SACAT are made online. As part of the state transition to digital-by-default, paper forms are not available.
